Looking for a way to get active, have fun, and work toward completing a 5K? Condition yourself to safely and effectively race three miles in this 10-week walk-to-run program. Dr. Krystian Garbicz and Dr. Erin Strauch-Ducat lead each session, which includes educational workshops on proper stretching, footwear, equipment, heart rate monitoring, and strengthening. Participants should be able to comfortably walk for 30 minutes before starting the program and, upon completion, will be able to run 3.1 miles. Please wear comfortable athletic clothing and shoes and bring water. Participants will also receive a discounted registration to the Race to Stop Hunger 5K in August 2026.

Dr. Krystian Garbicz and Dr. Erin Strauch-Ducat, chiropractors and strength coaches from Reset Chiropractic & Wellness Center. Dr. Krystian is fluent in both English and Polish, and instruction can be provided in either language.
