Acting/Improv Class
In this engaging and confidence-building acting program, participants explore a new emotion and visual acting skill. Through fun improv games and and creative prompts (including pulling ideas from a "mystery hat"), kids learn how to express feelings, think on their feet, and work together in imaginative scenes. Throughout the program, students practice voice tone and and facial expressions, communicating through body language and movement, building confidence speaking in front of others, listening, reacting, and collaborating with peers. By the end of the program, participants leave with a strong toolkit of acting and communication skills they can use onstage, in school presentations, and in everyday social situations-all while having a blast in a supportive, playful environment.
