We have found this exciting class to be just what parents need to give their children a positive start into Basketball and Track. Participants will learn proper warm-ups, stretch exercises and run technique. As well as basketball skills in passing, shooting, and dribbling. Teamwork, participation, and good sportsmanship are all stressed throughout the class. Please bring your water bottle! If your child is enrolled in our preschool program, staff will walk your child to this class.
