Little Hoops - Little Hoops
Our instructional/team program prepares your future hoops player! Volunteer coaches will teach participants fundamental skills, basic techniques and improvement of motor skills required for the game of basketball. Players will use junior sized balls and shorter hoops to build confidence. Practices will be held once a week with scrimmages being played on Saturday mornings at the Wood Dale, Itasca or Medinah Park District. Team t-shirts will be provided. If you are interested in coaching, please note this on your child’s registration form. Saturday game times are TBD.

Medinah Basketball Skills Competition - Ages 12-14
Grab your basketball shoes and test your skills at the Medinah Park District’s inaugural Basketball Skills Competition! Come get ready for the upcoming basketball season by competing in a 3-point contest and skills challenge. The 3-point contest will feature 15 shots for each player from around the arc. The skills challenge will feature dribbling, passing, and shooting. Distances and difficulty will be adjusted based on age group. Great prizes to the winners of each age group!
